[ 01 ] · What You're Renting

One Machine. A Dozen Jobs.

A track loader rental earns its keep because it never does just one thing. The Kubota SVL97-2 runs on rubber tracks instead of tires, so it floats over mud, sand, and fresh dirt that would sink a wheeled skid steer — and the universal skid-steer plate up front means it'll carry whatever the job calls for. Bucket dirt in the morning, set pallets at noon, cut brush in the afternoon, and bore post holes before you load up. Pin one attachment off, pin the next one on, and keep moving.

The SVL has vertical-lift geometry, so it reaches out and up to load a high-sided trailer or stack block on a wall — not the shallow arc you get from a radial machine. It's got the lift capacity and ground clearance to work a real site, and high-flow hydraulics are available when you've got a powered attachment that needs them.

When the access gets genuinely tight — a fenced backyard, a 36-inch side gate, a finished space you can't tear up — the full-size SVL won't fit, but our stand-on mini loader will. It's 36 inches wide, walks where nothing else can, and still moves dirt, mulch, and block all day. Not sure which one your job needs? Skip down to the attachment guide or just call the yard and tell us what you're doing.

Built to Run Attachments

USE · 01

Material Handling & Pallets

Swap the bucket for forks and move block, sod, bagged mix, and palletized material around the site. Vertical lift sets a load right where you need it, up high on a trailer or down on a wall.

USE · 02

Grading & Leveling

Hang a box blade and knock down a rough lot, cut a slope, or fine-grade a driveway base before gravel. The tracks float, so you're not leaving ruts behind you while you work.

USE · 03

Brush Cutting & Mulching

Run a brush cutter off the high-flow circuit and take down saplings, briars, and overgrowth along a fence line or back lot. Tracks give you the traction to push through the rough stuff.

USE · 04

Auger & Post Holes

Bore clean holes for fence posts, deck footings, sign poles, or a pole barn. We've got bits to match the diameter — tell us the hole size and we'll send the right auger.

USE · 05

Grappling Brush & Debris

A grapple turns the SVL into a pickup machine — drag out downed limbs, stack cut brush, clean up after a storm, or load debris into a dumpster without touching it by hand.

USE · 06

Landscape, Hardscape & Loading

Spread topsoil and mulch, set retaining-wall block, backfill, and load trucks all day. The stand-on mini handles the same work in fenced yards and finished spaces the full machine can't reach.

[ 04 ] · The Attachment Ecosystem

It's the Plate That Sells It

Everything pins to the universal skid-steer plate, so one SVL97-2 covers half a dozen trades. Add high-flow hydraulics for anything that spins. Here's what we stock.

CARRY

Pallet Forks

Move block, sod, bagged material, and palletized goods. Vertical lift means you set the load high on a trailer or low on a wall without re-spotting the machine. The everyday swap.

HIGH-FLOW

Brush Cutter

Take down saplings, briars, and overgrowth along fence lines and back lots. Runs off the high-flow circuit on the SVL97-2 — say the word when you book and we'll set it up.

CLEANUP

Grapple

Grab and stack downed limbs, cut brush, and storm debris. Loads a dumpster or trailer without anyone touching it by hand. The fastest way to clean up a lot.

BORE

Auger

Clean post holes for fence, deck, sign, or pole-barn work. We match the bit to your diameter — most augers run on standard flow, so no high-flow needed for typical holes.

GRADE

Box Blade

Knock down a rough lot, cut a slope, and fine-grade a base before gravel or sod. Pairs with the SVL's float so you're cutting and leveling in the same pass.

FINISH

Landscape Rake

Pull rocks, roots, and debris out of a seedbed, and leave a smooth, level finish ready to plant or sod. The last pass before the lawn goes in.

Round Out the Job

Track Loader
Questions.

Straight answers on attachments, access, hydraulics, and delivery.

Just about anything built to the universal skid-steer plate — and that's the whole point of this machine. We rent a bucket, pallet forks, a brush cutter, a grapple, an auger with bits, a box blade, and a landscape rake. The SVL pins and de-pins attachments fast, so you can switch from a bucket to forks in a couple of minutes. Tell us the job when you reserve and we'll have the right attachment fitted and ready.
The SVL97-2 is a compact track loader, which is a skid steer on rubber tracks instead of tires. Folks call it a skid steer, a track loader, or a CTL — same machine. The tracks spread the weight out so it floats over soft, wet, or freshly graded ground that would bog down a wheeled skid steer, and it pushes and lifts with more bite. If your site is firm and paved, a wheeled unit is fine; if it's dirt, mud, sand, or sod, you want tracks.
The full-size SVL97-2 is about six feet wide, so it clears a standard double gate but not a single walk-gate. When the access is genuinely tight — a 36-inch side gate, a fenced backyard, a finished space — grab the stand-on mini loader. It's 36 inches wide, walks where a full machine can't, and still moves dirt, mulch, and block all day. If you're not sure your gate will clear, measure the narrowest point and call us with the number.
Only for attachments that turn — a brush cutter, a mulching head, a cold planer, or a high-output auger. Standard flow runs a bucket, forks, a grapple, a box blade, and most augers just fine. High-flow is available on the SVL97-2; if your attachment calls for it, say so when you book and we'll set the machine up for it. For most yard, grading, and material work, standard flow is all you need.
Rubber tracks are gentler than steel and far gentler than a wheeled skid steer spinning a tire, but any tracked machine can scuff if you spin-turn it in place on pavement or fresh sod. The trick is to make wide, rolling turns instead of pivoting hard. On a finished driveway or a lawn you care about, take it easy on the turns and you'll be fine. The stand-on mini is the lightest-footprint option if you're working over something delicate.
